Publishing on Google Play as Zeli Labs
Zelio Global is a technology company in Vietnam that designs, builds and publishes Android apps under the Zeli Labs name. Each app is made to do one job well — and is kept up to date long after launch.
Products
Both apps are published by Zeli Labs on Google Play, free to download and rated for everyone.
Art & Design · Android
Trace any photo onto paper using your phone's camera.
Tracora turns your phone into an AR art projector. Pick an image, set your phone above the paper, lock the overlay and follow the lines — no light box or tracing paper needed.
Tools · Android
Scan and create QR codes — fast, private and offline.
A QR scanner and generator in one app. Scan with the camera or from any photo, act on the result in one tap, and design your own QR codes — each one is checked to make sure it still scans before you share it.
How we build
We build focused tools rather than all-in-one apps. If a feature doesn't make the core task better, it doesn't ship.
Each app asks only for what its features use. QR Tap, for example, needs no account and works fully offline.
Our apps receive regular updates with fixes and improvements driven by store reviews and support emails.
Messages to contact@zelio.vn are read and answered by the people who build the apps — not a ticket bot.
Company
Zeli Labs is the developer name under which ZELIO GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED publishes apps on Google Play. We are a small product team based in Vietnam, and we design, develop, test and support every app ourselves.
The team started working together in 2025. The company was formally incorporated in Vietnam on 10 August 2026, and our first apps — Tracora and QR Tap — are now available on Google Play.
Team
A small, hands-on team with no departments — everyone ships.
Sets product direction and decides what ships and what gets cut.
Owns how every screen looks and feels, from the first sketch to the store listing.
Turns user feedback into release plans and runs quality testing before each update.
Leads Android engineering and reviews every build before it goes to Google Play.
Runs store listings and growth, and reads every user review to inform the roadmap.
